KRA:-


  1. Assisting and supporting for LOB-Financial Accounting, Reporting, Planning & Analysis.
  2. Project wise profitability with accuracy and complete accounting of Income & Expense and complete MIS and comparison against budgets
  3. Ensuring Price Variation treatment and its net impact both on customer and vendor
  4. Other activities involving Project Accounting / POC, MIS Reporting, Indirect Tax, banking, Audit and Business Support.
  5. GST and Audit compliance.


Job Description: -


  1. Analysis of revenue, IND-AS-115 working & various key business performance indicators.
  2. Project wise and at LOB level tracking of Actuals vs Plan from Revenue, Cost, Margin and Working Capital.
  3. Timely and accurately monthly closure of books and release project profitability statements.
  4. Review of Project wise profitability statement with Periodic CTC (Cost To Come) MIS from Project teams.
  5. Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective action.
  6. Analysis of revenue & other various key business performance indicators on a daily & monthly basis.
  7. Handling the Commercial aspect of business to track monthly billing, collection, unbilled revenue, inventory management.
  8. Monthly review of Debtors review, Unbilled review & Billing.
  9. Control over working capital management & free cash flow.
  10. Management reporting of P&L variance analysis, Outstanding Debtors with age wise analysis, Age wise inventory Analysis, Free Cash Flow.
  11. PV bill calculations both customer and vendor and collection from customer for PV.
  12. GST tax compliance from both customer and vendor perspective and ensuring no adverse impact on P&L.
  13. Coordinating with External Stake holders (Customer and Tax Authorities) for Commercial issues.
  14. Compliance for Internal Audit issues raised by Internal Auditor and Statutory Auditor.
  15. Ensuring appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all time.
  16. Studying the internal processes & controls on a continuous basis and to streamline the same so as to achieve the targets.


Requisite Qualification:

Inter-CA/Inter-CMA/M.Com/MBA Finance (Full Time)


Requisite Experience:

Essential

More than 2 years of work experience preferably in the EPC POC profile.

Preferred

Candidate who has worked with MEP cost consultants will be preferred.
